These constructs have shown utility in the prediction of relevant outcomes and behaviors, often beyond cognitive ability alone, with personality of particular interest to researchers and practitioners alike (Hough & Dilchert, 2010 Richardson, Abraham, & Bond, 2012). There is a growing interest in the use of assessments of noncognitive constructs, such as personality, in educational and organizational applications (Kyllonen, Lipnevich, Burrus, & Roberts, 2014 Ryan et al., 2015). ![]()
